Sunny Costa del Sol
If you have the opportunity to go to Costa del Sol in Spain, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it! This region located in the south of Spain is one of the world’s most looked for tourist destination. The shoreline comprises on a narrow coastal strip with small towns such as Torremolinos, Mijas, Marbella, Casares, Nerja, Torrox or Estepona among others and the city of Malaga. Plus numerous villages that will make you fall in love with this region. There are millions of tourists visiting Costa del Sol every year and, of course, enjoying the spanish sun and atmosphere. A latina atmosphere that will make you fell here as at home.
Nightlife is a good way of spending your time here but if you don’t take this call then gastronomy might attract you as local cuisine was influenced over the last centuries by Spanish, Jewish and Arabic traditions that will flavor your tastes. Guess you’ve already heard of the Malaga wine. If not, taste it and be convinced of its quality. Don’t forget to order some tortillas – Spanish omelettes made with potatoes but served cold or churros – fried-dough pastries served hot. You’ll find a lot of chiringuitos, some small open-air restaurants located on the beach, offering you the opportunity to take your launch or dinner in a lovely atmosphere.
Since Costa del Sol is close to Gibraltar you’ll probably land here. If not, take a bus to the end of the continent to also visit the well-known rock of Gibraltar.
